At Rubio Monocoat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wood finishing projects. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and details regarding the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit, as leaked liquids cannot be refunded.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our main distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping fees, within 5-7 business days.
